This latest edition of our Progressive Dinner series sees us enjoy 3 courses at three different restaurants. And we start with Black Barn Bistro. Executive Chef, Regnar Christensen says “Everything on our menu has been handmade by me and my team with the raw ingredients provided by small, passionate producers right here in Hawke’s Bay!” What a way to start, with an Entrée here. Then, from one fine chef to another, we head down Havelock Road to St Georges Restaurant where owner Francky Godinho is determined to have grown as much of the produce he presents on the plate as possible. Recipient of many national cooking accolades over the years, Francky will create our Main Course. From here it’s across Hastings to Jarks whose chefs have always been the magicians for those with a sweet tooth. Their Dessert is the perfect way to finish a superb dinner.
